David runs his own practice, Viveros Vázquez y Asociados, focusing on civil and administrative litigation, intellectual property, antitrust, and digital law.
Previously, he served for 14 years as Senior Legal Manager and Global Compliance Officer at Cinépolis, managing the legal strategy for the company’s international expansion. He also worked as an Associate at Galicia Abogados and as a Regional Lawyer at Banco Compartamos.
He is a member of the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México, the Barra Michoacana de Abogados, and the International Alumni Association.
